Brief but good. They called me for a phone interview. Once that was complete I was asked to come on site where I was interviewed by several managers. There was even a mock phone call portion of the interview.

The interview was a two step process, the phone screen was about 15 mins and they were mainly looking for clarity of your voice and if you are articulate.
