I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Vanguard (London, England) in Mar 2023
Interview
Whole interview process was fast, which is good. Started with a 4 question online coding challenge, then had 3 interviews over zoom, each about a week apart, asking standard questions about your knowledge of the company, and your background and experience. Very relaxed and by far the most enjoyable process of everywhere I had an interview.

Question 1
What do you know about Vanguard? Why do you want to be a software developer? Tell us about some times you've worked in a team. What is a hash map?
It was a 2 round process one with HR and the other with the manager they dug deep on my resume and my past projects and previous working experience along with behavioral questions.
Met with Team Leader via online meeting. Basic programming questions, became more broad. He was late, it was a Friday morning, and it looked like he had just woken up.

Question 1
Basic concepts, rxjs fundamentals, how would you reverse a string, etc.
They started by introducing themselves and giving me a quick overview of the company, the team structure, and what the role would involve. Then they asked me to talk a bit about myself and walk through my resume. I highlighted a few projects that matched the job description, and they seemed really interested in my work with data visualization.
