Interview
The process was very professional and comprehensive. I first went to networking events though my school, then had a brief phone interview, and was invited for a formal (all day) interview day. This consisted of breakfast, some discussion, presentations, two "one on two" interviews and a tour of the campus. Make sure you focus on relationship building with recruiters and all other crew members.

2 part interview process. The first interview was a brief 15 min phone interview to see if you are a good fit for the company. The second interview was an all-day in-person event.
