I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Verizon in Apr 2016
Interview
I submitted my app and received an email to do the assessment. I passed, and was contacted to set up a phone interview. After that, I received an email about the job role and the credo, and a video to watch (take notes, they will be asking you on the phone interview). The first phone interview went okay. I passed, and was given feedback. I really appreciated that because most people interviewing you don't do that. (I was told to be confident with your answers, answer your questions in STAR format...) I got a phone call two weeks later saying that I passed and was setting up a face to face. During this time I was looking over the s.t.a.r based questions and getting friends and family to give me mock interviews. I scheduled a face to face interview a couple of days later. In the face to face, the interviewer asked me about the thing I liked most about my job, and something I least liked, how do I multitask, I had to sell a piece of technology (i sold my iphone), on a scale of 1-10 how would you rate your knowledge on technology, and I had two role play parts of the interview. I also received a tour of the facility. I received my offer 3 days later. Im currently going through the background process so have your w2's on you just in case. This was a great process because I felt like the recruiter helped me out tremendously throughout this process. So my advice is to be very detailed in your answers, Be confident!! Always end your answers on a positive note, and google the behavior based interviews. google is your friend! Good Luck!

Interview
The interview was conducted virtually. It was for the customer service position. Mostly I was questioned about how I would handle various scenarios, for assisting clients. I was asked some real world examples and asked to handle them.

Question 1
How would you handle an angry or disgruntled customer?
Lengthy and the paperwork is extremely confusing to fill out and submit. Thank you. But other than that really nice people. They hire through a 3rd party called Rose International…. Very helpful people
Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.
