I interviewed with two gentlemen at the Newport News location. The two men seemed very calm and relaxed. The interview was smooth and not too overwhelming. I have not received an offer yet but I am currently awaiting information from another person. When I get a response I will most definitely post it up here.

There was one structured interview with two managers and I was asked for questions. Two were situational "what would you" do questions and two were behavioral questions about past experiences negotiating and problem solving.

I applied online then took a placement test. You get your results right away. After that, I was contacted for a phone interview and received a verbal offer followed by an offer letter.
