The recruiter will contact you, if selected. She will conduct two phone interviews. If she believes you are a good candidate she will forward your information to the store for a 1:1 with the store manager (and rare occasion the assistant district or district manager). You can get a good feel of the managers if they are impressed with you. The longer they want to talk the better. Basic questions are (example) name a time you had a sales objective and how you overcame it? About a week after your interview you should hear from them.
