The hiring process started with a phone interview, then there was another phone interview followed by an online assessment and finally a one-on-one interview

Question 1
The questions were pretty standard. They did ask for examples of a time when you helped an angry customer, and things like that.
Verizon has a significantly lengthy interview process involving several levels of management. Expect this process to take up to a month. Typically you would start with your direct superior in a tag team setting with their peer.

Interview
Took a total of 2 months from first interview to passing the background check. Process consisted of 2 screener interviews. One in person interview with manager and their boss. Final interview afterwards is a virtual interview with the departments President. They asked plenty of situational questions. Study the STAR method for answering interview questions.
