I applied for this position on Indeed.com and received an e-mail saying that I am a good candidate. The lady wanted to set up the first phone interview and we back and forth setting up a time. She never confirmed with me when she would be calling me so she ended up calling me when I was at the laundromat. I did the phone interview then.
Her partner called me that night and said that she wanted to schedule a second interview. So I passed the second interview and went on to the third and final in person interview at the Verizon store.
It was three interviews total (2 phone, and 1 in person)
I just prepared myself for the basic interview questions, looked at their website, their values, and Incorporated my skills to match.

Describe a time when you were competing for a sale and how did you handle the process and close it. behavioral based sales questions: Describe a time you had to meet a sales quota. At the end I had to sell him the iphone with the bundle pack.

The interview lasted about 45 minutes, and the questions were based on my knowledge of the brand, technology in general, behavioral styles, also what if scenarios and her views of the culture

Interview
I applied online and passed the online assessment, I then did a video interview and after had to wait a while until I was contacted for a job offer. The interview consisted of STAR scenario questions which were all fairly easy. Once I got the offer they started the background check which took 8 days to clear.

There were three parts to my hiring process. 1. The recruiter called me and asked me questions. 2. I spoke to the Assistant Manager. They asked me standard questions and we role-played a standard sale. 3. I did an in-person interview with the General Manager. We also did a role-play as well. BE PREPARED FOR THAT.
