Applied through company website. Was contacted within a week and set an appointment for interview with Hiring Manager. 15-20 Minute interview with Hiring Manager. Was contacted two days later by Store Manager to set up on-site face to face interview. Was interviewed by store manager and floating regional manner. They used STAR format questions, went over resume, etc. Very easy going and professional people. Made me very comfortable and excited about the opportunity!
Less than 2 hours after the face to face in-store interview, I was called by the Hiring Manager with an offer.

Interview
I applied online and passed the online assessment, I then did a video interview and after had to wait a while until I was contacted for a job offer. The interview consisted of STAR scenario questions which were all fairly easy. Once I got the offer they started the background check which took 8 days to clear.

There were three parts to my hiring process. 1. The recruiter called me and asked me questions. 2. I spoke to the Assistant Manager. They asked me standard questions and we role-played a standard sale. 3. I did an in-person interview with the General Manager. We also did a role-play as well. BE PREPARED FOR THAT.
