Applied online followed by assessment, audio record interview- Recruiter contact informs you on position, pay and hours. 2nd interview via webcam (STAR METHOD) and 2 role plays.Final Recruiter calls back offer position. Complete background check. And wait for start date whole process took about a month from applying to starting the job.

The interview was conducted virtually. It was for the customer service position. Mostly I was questioned about how I would handle various scenarios, for assisting clients. I was asked some real world examples and asked to handle them.

Lengthy and the paperwork is extremely confusing to fill out and submit. Thank you. But other than that really nice people. They hire through a 3rd party called Rose International…. Very helpful people
Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.
