Applied online have to pass a series of test three in all computer skills, customer service, and behavioral. If pass all three then you would receive a call for an interview. You need to show up one hour ahead of time. Then answer 30 questions senerio based 45-60 mins in front of a two group panel. If passed you will get a job offer. I did not get the offer.

Interview
The interview was conducted virtually. It was for the customer service position. Mostly I was questioned about how I would handle various scenarios, for assisting clients. I was asked some real world examples and asked to handle them.

How would you handle an angry or disgruntled customer?
Lengthy and the paperwork is extremely confusing to fill out and submit. Thank you. But other than that really nice people. They hire through a 3rd party called Rose International…. Very helpful people
Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.
