Many management positions already have certain candidates in mind, extra preparation and sharp presentation skill help differentiate you from others. Don't be afraid of technology and utilizing a well designed powerpoint to deliver yourself in the interview.

The interview was quite difficult as it requires multiple processes. The hiring managers are helpful in guiding and preparing for the interview. Overall experience with the process is rated 4 out of 5 for lack of transparency in what the role entails.

Not too much pressure and overall a laid back interview. Knowing your stuff and being prepared is key. The process if getting hired from the outside can take some time
