Interview
After submitting application I had a 30 minute phone interview. 2-3 weeks later i was flown to Dallas for Interview days. you have a technical and behavioral interview. In my case the Technical was more of a resume review where I was asked questions about my projects I had worked on in the MIS program I was in. the behavioral is to get a sense of who you are and to find your location preferences.

They asked me about my experience with API testing and how I handle critical bugs in a production environment.
I had a digital interview and then a final video interview with two employees...There were ten questions for the digital interview, one of them was asking how you implemented new technologies. Behavior questions, talk about your projects, very nice people... great experience
