Versature interview questions

It was a very typical process, preliminary screening questions with a recruiter to check for initial fit and ensure qualifications, meet with hiring manager/team to get a sense of team fit, meet with executive team member to ensure fit long term.

I applied online through the company website. I received an email to set up a date for a telephone interview with a few days period. The hiring manager was very friendly and asked me a few questions about my skills and experience while also encouraged me to ask questions from her. In fact, I asked her more questions than she interviewed me. After the interview, I contacted her within a week's period. She replied to me that they decided to move forwarded with a more experienced candidate.
