Good culture, amazing CEO, really clean and well managed Salesforce CRM.

Cons

Lots of different factors make the sales role a little bit more challenging than it is rewarding. That being said I had an amazing overall experience with this company.

People who are not in management are super talented, and really willing to try to make things work despite the top-down, fear-based management style.

Cons

Toxic leadership focused only on targets, but not willing to listen to the ppl who actually have to do the job. They really don't care about individual employees and/or their contributions. Raises don't happen, lots of false promises. They don't understand that they're not getting the results they want because they don't actually empower their employees to use their talents - they'd rather lead by fear (of getting fired).
