Interview
The interview process was long but straightforward, with fair and relevant questions. Unfortunately, the biggest downside was the lack of communication afterward. After five rounds of interviews, there was complete ghosting, no update from HR or the hiring managers, not even a rejection. I waited over a month to move on because I was repeatedly told I would be informed, but no follow-up ever came.

Communication was very good throughout. Bear in mind it's a global team and business. I was well prepared for each stage and felt I was given ample time to prepare for each stage
