It was simple. I had already been working with the company so I just had to meet with my managers and discuss the change in my status. They asked the average questions and how I would use my experience with this new position
they just asked questions about my strengths and my weaknesses. asked me for stories where i’ve overcame certain situations and how that had an affect on how i ran my future business..they want to know how people would describe you
