Victorian Clinical Genetics Services interview questions

I had interviews with the data entry and customer care team leaders, who were late and did not apologize. The interview ran over time, and they openly compared my answers to those of other candidates, even criticizing past applicants. Despite asking for references and being promised a response by Wednesday, I only heard back after I had to prompt them via email. Unfortunately, I did not get the job, which was not surprising. What did bother me was when they shared the result, they commented, "We actually had really good candidates this time." This remark implied that I would have been considered a stronger candidate had the other applicants not exceeded expectations, which was disheartening. During the interview, they frequently compared my responses to those of previous candidates, giving me false hope and often creating an unprofessional atmosphere. For instance, they would recall and compare my answers with those of other candidates. While this could have been a positive interaction had I gotten the job, it felt hasty and inconsiderate given the circumstances. My suggestion to them would be to maintain professionalism, establish boundaries, and avoid oversharing. It's important to make the interview process a respectful and considerate experience for all candidates.

Easy and friendly no hard question just general but need answers in STAR method to explain all. Friendly managers and lovely environment. Situated in RCH not hard to find but confusing.
