Interview
It was nice and smooth. Overall, it takes two weeks to assess your background along with previous work experiences. Step 1 is brief conversation over phone. Step 2 is interview considering in-depth technical query about yourself over phone. Step 3 is written test.
Simple process. HR. Technical and questions about personal things. The process is not lengthy and not small. Its medium. HR questions are personal, they try to tell great things about America and hire you from India.
