Interview procedure: Asked about previous internships, FIT interview to determine if suited to company. Discussed job scope and expectiations. Office was professional, not funky/creative, but very classy. People were generally friendly but engrossed in work. Was intervied by a Director, who was extremely friendly and helpful, very attentive. Was told that high expectations were in place. initial communications were very swift after my inital application online via Visa's job portal. After interview, their HR (also friendly and approachable) called me quickly to secure the offer. Different from other finance interviews where it was dragged out, inefficient, and felt like they were dragging their feet. Overall a very positive experience.
