Straightforward recruiter, hiring manager, and then team panel interviews. The questions ranged from technical to behavioral and the culture seemed fine. Unfortunately, they were wedded to a hard Return to Office and relocation, which is becoming less common in infosec. Even though the supervisor would be sitting in another country and coworkers would be sitting on the opposite coast from where they wanted the role, they pushed relocate or reject. The offer wasn’t good enough for my cost of living difference and the recruiter wasn’t prepared to go to the top of their range despite great feedback. Equity was alright, but the yearly bonus and benefits were standouts.

First round, supposed to be technical, but it's just like a random talk. Mainly about past related experiences on cryptography and network based on resume. The interviewers are very nice and I was not nervous at all. Since it is for internship, the whole process was not very hard. Still waiting for more information from the recruiter.
