I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Visa Inc. (Bengaluru) in Apr 2019
Interview
1st round - Haker rank test with MCQs on testing & 3 programming questions.
Questions were based on - regex, comparator, arrays & list, threads, garbage collection.
2nd round - f2f. Bubble sort program, core java concepts such as generics & string pools. Also was asked a few questions on tools specific to my work & SQL, and my approach to automating the same.
3rd round - Selenium basics, process, project, framework, decision making & challenges faced at work.
After 3rd round, i was told that there would be 2 more telephonic rounds, but recruiter never called back nor responded to my emails. Guess they found a better candidate - Good for me, i wasn't happy with the location. They were nice and took us for lunch during the interview process.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Visa Inc. in May 2015
Interview
I got a call from one of the job consultancy and arranged Telephonic discussion through webx with VISA.It took 4-5 days to short list the resume and arrange interview. It is little bit confusing process as you have to connect webx which VISA people would have send the webx link to the mail. Interviewer was very nice and soft spoken and asked simple questions.
