Was I comfortable doing hands on work?
What was I looking for in the next 3-5 years?
Why was I looking for a job?
Why did I change jobs in my past career?
Was I comfortable being in front of the Senior Management during audit issues being discussed?
Did I manage people in the past?
Will I be comfortable being supervised by a peer?
The interviewer were looking for sincere individuals with a long term commitment and relavant experience in auditing;
The work culture is very traditional and there is not much flexibility with working from home or having flexible work hours.
