I had 4 rounds of interviews. The 1st round was the traditional phone screening with the talent acquisition person. The 2nd and 3rd rounds were also phone interviews, primarily because I resided on the east coast, and the job position was for the Foster City, CA office. The 4th round was an in-person interview in Foster City. With the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th rounds, each round lasted 90 to 120 minutes, in 30-minute increments. In other words, I would interview with one person at a time, and it would last 30 minutes. Once the 30 minutes was complete, then I would interview with another person for 30 minutes. And, they would schedule 3 or 4 of these back-to-back.
