Technical 1: No coding, just questions about the technology (.NET in my case), general programming questions and my experience. E.g. Explain why Dependency Injection is useful. What is editorconfig? Note: There was supposed to be a second technical interview, but they told me that since I did very well on Pre-Screen and Technical 1, they would skip it. The second one was supposed to be about System Design. I think they may have been busy too, there was just a lot of hiring for them then. Behavioural: 1. Tell me about a time when you have to adjust your behaviour to work with difficult people/stakeholders 2. Tell me about a time when you led other people or autonomously took ownership of something. 3. Tell me about a time when you noticed a problem and proposed an innovation that helped your team. 4. Tell me about a project that you're the most proud of. a) What was your favourite part and why? 5. Tell me about a time when you received feedback and how you responded. 6. If asked your coworkers, what would they tell me about you? I declined the offer because I got something better at another company. The culture didn't seem very innovative or flexible and I was supposed to be the most senior person in the team, which didn't align with my growth goals.
