I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Visa Inc. (Singapore) in Apr 2025
Interview
About 3 rounds of interview, face to face after 1 HR screening call. Speedy updates but through some automated system instead of a person.
Interviewers were pleasant and thorough. Ultimately was rejected over an internal candidate.

Question 1
There were a combination of generic questions to know more regarding my knowledge of the company and my motivations, with some more targeted scenario-based questions for the role
Very uncertain outcome because I had 3 rounds of interviews plus a screening call in the span of 2 weeks. Then radio silence for over a month at this point. Have to assume I didn’t get it but should be able to communicate that to me clearly.
good, structured, efficient process. know how the overall interview process will go and be like before hand so i can set my expectations before interviewing with them. can be clearer in between interviews to give updates to the candidate
The whole interview took more than 2 months, 1 month waiting, lack of professionalism. Interviews were more about information about the job, and why do VP meet analyst candidates? Don't they have better things to do? Aren't managers should be enough? I'm not quite sure - some of the interviewers don't seem know what's going on..... Initial 'interviews' by HR were done in email... they asked your salary expectation, visa status, etc. Very lack of professionalism.
