HR reached out me and asked several logistics questions, introduced the organization structure and total package. they really care about your visa status (no sponsorship), the process is smooth, but I got reject quick.

The interview was brief. Only 30 minutes to describe my skillsets and answer behavior questions. I felt that it was rushed. I was not given any actionable feedback. I was told that I did great giving examples for each question and I should keep sharing my story.
