I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Walmart (Sunnyvale, CA) in June 2016
Interview
The interview process started off well, but then faced significant delays in getting the actual interviews scheduled.
One observation was that almost all the interviews were unstructured (maybe that's the way they do it), hence it was difficult to gauge how you performed.
Did not receive the post-interview feedback by the promised date and got a very delayed response after a lot of follow-up. HR team needs to get their act together if they want to attract quality candidates. Timely communication is the key.
Mostly behaviour based. Two to Theee interviews maximum depending on the team. At first the recruiter will connect with you on why you are interested for the role and why the specific location. After which your first round interview would be scheduled

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to overcome a challenge and how did you deal with it?
Okay interview, didn’t think pay was that great so I decided not to go with it. Not great work culture or corporate environment. Don’t treat their employees well but everyone has different experiences.
