Interview
You go in and speak with someone. The process was all very low class. My interview was rescheduled twice and when I went in for it they called my phone asking to come in for an interview (they forgot I was scheduled). Very uncoordinated. Khakis, black shoes, dress shirt or polo and act like you have some common sense and your hired. The more available you are to work the higher your chance of being hired.
Very simple and straight to the point. Management asks basic get to know you questions but truly wants to know if you are reliable and dependable. They want to ensure you will show up to work.

The interview process was straightforward and simple. I have yet to experience on boarding, but will update when completed.

Was quick and easy! Showed up for hiring event and got hired on the spot! And started working like a week later. Been a good company so far. Spoke with Kiera. She is very nice and understanding.
