After filling out and submitting the application the interview process was well done. Courteous, friendly and open about expectations. Answered questions honestly, and gave an even time to answer questions in return.

Interview
Applied online first with a questionnaire that focused on honesty and integrity. Then, phone interview and finally an in-person interview. All of this process didn't focus so much on skill since all that needed to be learned would be taught.
