Very simple and straight to the point. Management asks basic get to know you questions but truly wants to know if you are reliable and dependable. They want to ensure you will show up to work.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart (Mount Pocono, PA) in July 2012
Interview
It was brief. Not too short, or too long, but it was nice. The interviewer was polite, and he said that I seemed like I was a good candidate for Walmart.
I thanked him, and then he began the Interview process.

The Interviewer asked me if I liked working around people, and if I would think it was a distraction to see people walking around while I work.
The interview process was straightforward and simple. I have yet to experience on boarding, but will update when completed.
Anxious to see what the starting rate is.
I am supposed to receive an email tomorrow about next steps.
Was quick and easy! Showed up for hiring event and got hired on the spot! And started working like a week later. Been a good company so far. Spoke with Kiera. She is very nice and understanding.
