Interview
I interviewed with ASM and Co-Manager. It was scenario type questions on how to supervise others. They walked me around the Store and asked me was this section clean and if it was not how would I complete the tasks of cleaning it. They also asked me various questions on supervising others, giving direction, and following up on the associates.

How would I make sure the associates were completing a task.
The process was very easy. Asked basic questions. I’m not sure if they pay much attention to your scheduling needs, however. Just answer honestly, and you will be fine. If you do have any scheduling issues, be sure to tell them so they can adjust your schedule if it suits their needs.

Interview
Fairly good. Easy and basic leadership questions were asked. It was taken by my current manager. No HR round was scheduled, Just a phone call to check my availability for the interview date selecting email.
Group interview, with 3 other candidates and 2 interviewers.
Interviewers were friendly, asked behavioral questions, availability and so on.
Also asked about the aspirations and why choosing this company. Also had to describe scenarios and how you handle them.
