The Interview went rather well. I Was offered a job after doing the initial interview and the physical test. the physical test was hard but the conversation interview was quick and painless.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart
Interview
No real traditional sit-down interview. You apply online and they send you the usual assessments plus a test to make sure you can understand the basic concept of stacking boxes in a safe manner.
After you pass those assessments you get invited to take a endurance test where they have you lift up heavy boxes off the ground and place them on a desk. You do this for about 5 minutes or so and then based on your time they decide whether they want you for the job.
(It's not difficult at all because there are many older folks and out of shape people working in this position who have passed the same test).
