As the person being hired I found this process to be fabulous. it was very interactive.
However when I participated in the hiring process of others, they really hire anyone with a pulse.

They ask a lot of questions related to how to respect, promote and treat associates
Interesting and very easy. Was not interested because was looking for more of a challenge and wanted to pursue a career with better growth opportunities. Great company with great benefits however

Overall it was good, But it seemed like some persons are already decided before interview. Eventually I decided to let go of the offer and got better offer from different company

Easy and fun and long two people interviewed me at a McDonald’s found out a week later that I got it and went to training and got paid for gas for traveling
