You are asked a series of questions by a manager and the person who will be your supervisor is present. An example of a question is "describe how you've made plans to solve a problem sometime in your life."

Interview was a laid back process once you get a call back from Walmart after putting in an application. The questions were standard questions for a typical first time employment job interview.
Lotta people in a room together, answer situational questions about what would you do in various situations. cleaning stuff up. what tasks do you priority ect. asked if you had reliable transportation

They kept me waiting for 25 minutes before starting the interview. One interview and they basically approve anyone who applies. As long as you dont care about maangement this should be good for you.
