i interviewed with walmart in may 2012. it was fantastic experinices. i appiled online and ans almost 30 question. after a week i got a call for phone interview. the lady on phone was so nice and polite. she ask me almost 10 behavior question. which i answered very nicely. at the end of interview she gave me my other interview time which was after almost 2 weeks. on the day of interview we were 20 ppl came for interview. i was little affraid. b;coz this was my first time group interview.the lady told us to interduce ourself to each other. on that time there was nobody watching us. so after five min lady came and asked us to iterduce other persons to her. it was fun. then 6 or 7 manager came for group interview. asked behavior question. after the end of interview they said they will review our interviews and call us in 7 bussiness day. but i got call in same eveining . they offered me a part time job with $11.....i loving to work in walmart company....est of luck all of u who are going to apply
Easy to accomplish and not very difficult. Seemed if you used common sense you’ll be okay. Just be yourself and go in there prepared. Good luck! I didn’t get an offer but I was fine with that.
Fairly easy. Multiple rounds. Just have positive attitude. They’ll do an initial round. And then you meet with 2 other supervisors on 2 different occasions. They just want to make sure you will be friendly to customers and be able to listen and follow directions
The interview was fine but you definitely get the big box store vibe. It was a bit rushed through, I could tell the manager was going through the motions but I also don’t necessarily expect anything more.
