you and two other people that signed up for the job get an interview. when they find the right applicant they let the teo that did not get hired for the job now and then thing will let you know that you got it. The questions are not hard. As long as you know what you're doing it's pretty easy.

Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer.
The process was very easy. Asked basic questions. I’m not sure if they pay much attention to your scheduling needs, however. Just answer honestly, and you will be fine. If you do have any scheduling issues, be sure to tell them so they can adjust your schedule if it suits their needs.

Interview
Fairly good. Easy and basic leadership questions were asked. It was taken by my current manager. No HR round was scheduled, Just a phone call to check my availability for the interview date selecting email.
Group interview, with 3 other candidates and 2 interviewers.
Interviewers were friendly, asked behavioral questions, availability and so on.
Also asked about the aspirations and why choosing this company. Also had to describe scenarios and how you handle them.
