I applied online and got an e-mail to schedule an interview about two days later. Upon arriving to the interview, I found out it was a group interview, which threw me off guard just a bit. The interviewer was pleasant and understanding. The group was given 10 small pieces of paper with scenarios on them, and asked to arrange them according to the level of importance. Although the task was easy, I was not deemed suitable for the job - which is fair, as others had previous work experience and I am still looking for my first job. Overall, it was one of best interviews I've had.
