Usually rather laid back whenever it comes face to face. Phone interviews tend to lack any form of real connection. Managers tend to call several people then pick out a few who seem worthy to bring in for a 1:1 interview

The interview process was thorough, personable, and very beneficial. A lot of questions were asked and my interviewed allowed me to ask questions to ensure the right fit. Lasted about 1 hour.

I arrived to my interview 15 minutes before and it took about 25-30 minutes. Interview was only 4 questions. Make sure you use the STAR method and should have no problem during the interview process.

Describe a time when you were working with someone who was frequently making mistakes?
1 round interview , basic questions about experience and testing the communication skills. make resume relevant to the keywords in the JD, no background verification required. most probably they hire and retain it for a longer period of time.
