Very disorganized interview process. Had to setup phone interview multiple times because the interviewer had scheduling problems. There was never any email or some prior notification that the interview would be cancelled. This made me really think about how working there would be like. Once the phone call did come through, they asked me textbook questions which if you knew the answer could answer in a jiffy but if you didn't would take forever.
