It's like speed dating there are five Managers, you and four other people are at a table on one side and, the Managers are on the other. They ask you a few questions and, then the Managers move down to the next person and do the same until you have answered questions from all the Managers

Situational questions, how do you handle conflict and being under pressure.
Very simple and straight to the point. Management asks basic get to know you questions but truly wants to know if you are reliable and dependable. They want to ensure you will show up to work.

The interview process was straightforward and simple. I have yet to experience on boarding, but will update when completed.

Was quick and easy! Showed up for hiring event and got hired on the spot! And started working like a week later. Been a good company so far. Spoke with Kiera. She is very nice and understanding.
