I had 3 phone interviews. I had a call with the HR and Hiring manager. Then, it was a video interview for the final round. The overall process was smooth and the IQ test was fun.

Screening with HR followed by Interview which consisted of 2 rounds, first was a panel of Senior Managers, spoke about the role and how my background aligns with the role. The second round was with the Senior Director.

3 Rounds, good experience... keep it simply and calm. Know the basics of the role and the history of the company. get to know about the role in detail before committing to them

1: What are the 5S process 2. How do you implement DMAIC 3. How do you analyze any situation based on the given data.
Three interviews and heard back soon after that. Interviews were pretty standard, asking about experiences and situational analysis. There was a tough question regarding how to bring a product to market - just vague so I would recommend understanding each step along the way.
