Interview
Completed application and assessment then received a call the following day to schedule a phone screen. Did not receive call at the scheduled time so I called them. My interviewers seemed completely surprised and unprepared for the interview. I was told that I would receive a call within a week to schedule an on-site interview. I sent my resume to the clerk that I had scheduled the phone interview with again (as requested). On the day of the on-site interview, my interviewers were once again completely unprepared. One of them showed up about 30 minutes late which was incredibly inconsiderate and unprofessional. Was asked basic STAR questions, but it was apparent that my interviewers had not bothered to even glance at my resume, as they admitted to not knowing anything about my background. I came with prepared copies of my resume, but they showed no interest. Upon the conclusion of the interview, I was asked to step outside while they discussed. I could hear one of the interviewers making rude and uninformed comments about me (the same interviewer who showed up late), and then I was told that I would hear back from them within a week. I had another interview scheduled with another organization that same day (which I was almost late to due to this interviewer's lack of consideration for my time), but was presented with an offer of employment from them so who knows.. maybe my poor experience with Walmart opened the door to a better opportunity.

Video interview with two people over zoom, 30-60 minutes. Average questions but below average competence. They are offering four 10 hour shifts a week instead of the typical five 8 hour days.
The first interview was a Star Method interview with 2 managers and explain a time when questions. I also got to sit with other Hr clerks who gave me info about their day to day.
