nothing was really unexpected. seemed to look for more of a cultural fit and ability to work with others than completely dependant on experience
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Walmart in Feb 2025
Interview
The recruiter responded within 2 days of my application, and was both accommodating and informative, and I spoke with the hiring manager within another 4 days. Then I heard nothing for almost 2 months after the hiring manager interview. For any level at an organization, and especially one as a Director, a candidate is owed at least a biweekly update of the process. Very poor experience and also will lead me to not shop at Walmart again.
