The interview process was pretty streamlined. I applied on the website, and got an email about scheduling a "Virtual Meet and Greet", basically a simple phone interview. The interview itself was very simple; the interviewer initially wanted to interview me for a stocking position, but I asked if there were other positions that were available. She told me that she had some positions open for the electronics, so I told her that I was interested in that instead. Afterwards, I was offered the job on the spot and got an email with paperwork and a background check. In summary, I am pretty happy for how this interview played out.

Super easy and casual. Asked my availability and previous work experience and then just explained the job to me. Took about ten minutes, just be available and agreeable and you’ll get it.
