Interview
Was asked to come in for first interview. I was asked questions with scenarios pertaining to how I would react in a given situation with customers, or fellow employees. I was then asked to come back for the second interview, same questions asked. I was then given a job opportunity, and paper work for drug screen.

Question 1
1. "Tell me about an experience you had where you dealt with an unruly customer?"
2. "Tell me about a time that you had issues with a fellow employee?"
3, "What would you do if you saw a fellow employee stealing?"
Pretty easy. A lot of information up front that's hard to retain but everything you need to find is online. Pretty much always ends with an offer. Just be cool.
Online application and skill assessment, followed by an in person interview with a team lead. Assessment was a little vaguely worded at times, but it all seems like common sense if you've worked customer facing roles before.
Efficient interview process. Quick and easy interview. Hiring manager was approachable and easy to talk to. I was asked about my experience to determine if I would be a good fit.
