I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walmart (San Diego, CA) in Jan 2011
Interview
A friendly person talked to me. They wanted to know if I was a good fit for the position. I am nervous around people and I was unsure about my qualifications. Walmart is a great place to shop and the staff is always courteous. They were also interested in whether or not I had reliable transportation.

The overall process concluded as anticipated, providing general insights into the role's characteristics and expectations. The discussion was straightforward, touching upon customary points without delving into specifics.
