I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Walmart in Sept 2015
Interview
I applied online. Got asked for an interview, they were polite and asked simple questions. Mainly questions about I've handled particular situations in the past. I was offered a 2nd round interview. I left the room for a few moments. Went back for 2nd portion, same types of questions but different person. Then I was offered a 3rd round interview, which I was told would be some time the following week.
Interview was pretty easy and straightforward. The starting pay was too low and I declined. Big company but pays low wages to employees not worth it. A lot of turn over it seems
It was easy and interviewer was friendly. I answered all the questions and got the job offer. It’s all about customer satisfaction and customer experience. Customer is centre of attraction here.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart (Charlotte, NC) in Oct 2023
Interview
Mainly asks about availability and not questions. In my experience it wasn’t hard to get in but I also was recommended so that may have helped me. And there’s nothing else to tell
