I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart
Interview
I aplied online, in around a week I got invited for the in-person interview. They were not very clear about the role I applied in the job description, as it was the general name for the role, which included 4 different positions, and you get offered one of them. It was not the position I was originally interested in.
Interview was pretty easy and straightforward. The starting pay was too low and I declined. Big company but pays low wages to employees not worth it. A lot of turn over it seems
It was easy and interviewer was friendly. I answered all the questions and got the job offer. It’s all about customer satisfaction and customer experience. Customer is centre of attraction here.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart (Charlotte, NC) in Oct 2023
Interview
Mainly asks about availability and not questions. In my experience it wasn’t hard to get in but I also was recommended so that may have helped me. And there’s nothing else to tell
