In person interview, one on one. It's basic interview questions for pretty much all positions. They want you to describe a time where you were a leader, when you solved a difficult issue in a great way, and a time when you went above and beyond to help a person in need. It's standard stuff that they really can't verify unless it happened in their store.

The interview process was thorough, personable, and very beneficial. A lot of questions were asked and my interviewed allowed me to ask questions to ensure the right fit. Lasted about 1 hour.

Interview
I arrived to my interview 15 minutes before and it took about 25-30 minutes. Interview was only 4 questions. Make sure you use the STAR method and should have no problem during the interview process.

Describe a time when you were working with someone who was frequently making mistakes?
1 round interview , basic questions about experience and testing the communication skills. make resume relevant to the keywords in the JD, no background verification required. most probably they hire and retain it for a longer period of time.
